bANOFFEE PUDDING

An indulgent banana pudding with a molten banoffee sauce topped with banana chips and toasted granola

TO PREPARE


For best results heat in an oven from chilled. 

Oven Heating: Preheat oven to 170C / Gas Mark 3, remove sleeve & lid and place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Cook for 12 minutes

Microwave: Remove sleeve & lid and heat on full power for 45 seconds. Leave to stand for 1 minute.

Sponge: Banana Puree (24%) [Bananas (90%), Invert Sugar Syrup, Antioxydant: Ascorbic Acid], Dark Brown Sugar, Plain Flour [Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin], Partially Inverted Refiners Syrup, Free Range Pasteurised Whole Egg, Unsalted Butter (Milk), Oat flakes (2%), Banana Chips (1%) [Banana (55%), Coconut Oil, Sugar, Banana Flavour (0.02%)], Cinnamon, Raising Agent: Sodium Bicarbonate, Cornish Sea Salt.
