Makes 4 Pots
- 2 fillets of the best smoked mackerel you can get your hands on
- 3 heaped tbsp. of Greek yoghurt
- The juice of 2 small lemons
- Some fresh herbs such as parsley or tarragon
1. Fork all the ingredients together with a pinch of salt (we love the Cornish Sea Salt Company) and lots of pepper.
2. Make it really good tip: grate some fresh horseradish into the mix, but not more than a teaspoon.
