To Prepare your pud from chilled:

Remove the sleeve & lid. Then....

OVEN: Preheat to 170°C/ gas mark 3. Place pot on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and heat for 12 mins.

MICROWAVE (800W): Heat pot on full power for 45 secs. Leave to stand for 1 min before serving. Be careful – the pot will be hot. Don’t reheat once cooked. These instructions are a guideline as appliances may vary.

 

Ingredients

Sponge (68%): sugar, unsalted butter (milk), free-range pasteurised whole egg, 61% cocoa Colombian dark chocolate (11%) [cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring], water, plain flour [wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamin (B1)], self-raising flour [wheat flour, calcium carbonate, iron, niacin (B3), thiamin (B1), raising agents: sodium bicarbonate, monocalcium phosphate monohydrate, sodium acid pyrophosphate, potassium and sodium disulphates], double cream (milk) (6%), vegetable oil [rapeseed oil], cocoa powder (1%), raising agent: bicarbonate of soda, Cornish sea salt.

Sauce (32%): whipping cream (milk), 61% cocoa Colombian dark chocolate (35%) [cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring], sugar, water.
