Vanilla custard (70%): [double cream (milk), free-range pasteurised egg yolk, whole milk, sugar, gelling agents: carrageenans and dextrose, vanilla extract (0.1%)[invert sugar, vanilla concentrates (5.8%), vanilla seeds (1.2%)], spent vanilla seeds (0.02%).

Rhubarb compote (30%): [rhubarb purée (69%) (rhubarb (80%), sugar, wild blueberry, anti-oxidant: ascorbic acid), water, sugar, freshly squeezed lemon juice, gelling agents: pectin, carrageenans and dextrose].
