Chocolate ganache (25%): whipping cream (milk), 61% cocoa Colombian dark chocolate (7%) [cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring], whole milk, sugar, glucose syrup, unsalted butter (milk), invert sugar syrup, gelling agents: carrageenans and dextrose.
