INGREDIENTS

375ml whipping cream

30g honey

80g butter

150g 70% Chocolate (ideally single origin)

1/2 vanilla pod (split and seeds scraped out)

Zest of 1/2 orange

 

METHOD

Add the whipping cream, honey, vanilla, orange zest and butter to a pan and bring to the boil.

Remove from the heat and add the chocolate.

Blend using a stick blender until shiny and glossy.

Make sure to keep warm while serving, otherwise it will start to set up.

Can be served with any of the following: sliced banana, toasted brioche, marshmallows, strawberries, fudge, biscotti, pretzel, stroopwafel, macaroons or toasted croissant. Or you can use your imagination and be creative!
