What is your favourite Pots & Co dessert?

"I've been with Pots & Co from the start and my favourite dessert is one of the initial 4 Pots that we created - sticky toffee pudding. An absolute classic. Of our current range I couldn't be more excited about our new Bread & Butter Pudding - it's unbelievably delicious."

What do you enjoy the most about your role?

"I love working with the innovation team on developing new desserts for the USA market. It's a combination of understanding trends, and utilizing our classic expertise to bring a unique take on flavors."
